In addition to the new production line, the other three foundry workshops have two fully automatic static pressure molding lines and one resin sand line. The smelting adopts four sets of 2in1 6-ton intermediate frequency induction melting furnaces and one-two 2in1 3-ton intermediate frequency induction furnaces to effectively ensure the stability of the material composition. Two static pressure molding lines, the size of the Sand box is 1200×800×350/300 and 1300×900×420/380, automatic molding and pouring. The maximum sand box of the resin sand production line can reach 1600×1300×500/500, and the sand processing system all adopts high-efficiency rotor sand mixer. The core making adopts hot core (including shell core) machine and cold core core making technology, which can ensure the accuracy requirements of casting size. For cleaning and painting, there are two sets of hanging accumulation chain double-station shot blasting machines, one set of hanging shot blasting machines, one set of crawler type, and two hanging paint film drying and casting coating lines, which fully meet the requirements of product cleaning and Surface treatment requirements. Casting has an annual output of 150,000 tons of various types of castings.
