1. Excessive operating temperature causes overheating.

2. The separation lever is adjusted to be flat.

3. Free travel is too small or overloaded.
According to the requirements, the gap between the general clutch release bearing and the release lever is 2.5mm, which is reflected in the free travel of the clutch pedal is 30 ~ 40mm, the free stroke is too small or there is no free stroke, it will make the separation lever and separation The bearing is in constant engagement. According to the principle of fatigue failure, the longer the working time of the bearing, the more serious the damage is. The more times the load is carried out, the more easily the release bearing is subject to fatigue failure. And the longer the working time, the higher the temperature of the bearing, the more easily burned, reducing the service life of the separation bearing.
4. Worn out of grease.
Clutch release bearings are lubricated with grease. In the actual work, the repair personnel easily overlook the lubrication problem of the release bearing. During the installation, grease is not added to the release bearing and the clutch release bearing is short of oil. Non-lubricated or less-lubricated bearings are often several to tens of times more likely to be worn by separate bearings. As the wear increases, the temperature will also increase significantly, which can easily damage the release bearing. Therefore, during the repair process, when installing the clutch, check the lubrication of the release bearing and add the grease for maintenance.
